Out of the past and into our future…

As we launch our new website, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our past and look towards our future.

Over the past couple of years, Carillion Canada has seen some significant changes, most notably the acquisition of Vanbots Construction Corporation.  Since that time, we’ve experienced some growing pains, but also many accomplishments. 

As we near the end of Q1 of 2011, we look back at our past and see that Carillion and Vanbots coming together has created a powerhouse corporation that has the strengths of our collective best practices.  This bodes well for our future.

And as we look forward to Q2 and beyond, we are experiencing more changes as our President & CEO Graham Brown leaves us to move on in his career and Simon Buttery joins us.  Simon comes to us with 26 years of ‘on-site’ construction experience and an impressive array of projects under his belt.  He has progressed through the company from Tarmac and Wimpey…names from our past…and he will be leading us into the future as we strengthen our presence in Canada.

As we say goodbye to the past, we encourage you to spend some time on our newly launched website…a portal to our future.
